TCB has a portfolio of packages.  Packages include an innovative, integrated eCommerce solution (eStore), Employee Benefit Plan administration systems, and an offshore HR and payroll package for Jersey payroll, Guernsey payroll, the Isle of Man payroll and Gibraltar payroll (Grassroots).

TCB supplies a variety of fulfilment system solutions and an innovative end-to-end eCommerce system solution to a number of organisations in the online retail space fulfilling from both onshore and offshore in the Channel Islands.

The organization has completed over 250 projects ranging in size from a few days to a few man years in the last 13 years.

TCB Consulting Ltd. was founded in 1995 in Jersey by Tim Baker who is still very actively involved as Managing Director.
