After having graduated with a BSc in Computer Science, Stephen started his career as a software developer. Stephen then joined Ascent Software in 2005 as a senior developer. During his first few years at Ascent he acquired knowledge in application design and development, and started managing projects from end-to-end shortly after. Over the years Stephen reached the position of Division Manager, as well as the one of Director at Ascent Software. Nowadays he manages a department of over 35 employees, and has a number of project teams under his responsibility.
Stephen’s main responsibilities at Ascent are to manage overall client accounts and to ensure that client satisfaction remains at a top level. He works closely with the project leaders in his department to ensure that projects are being delivered on time and on budget, and that clients’ expectations are being met.
Over the years Stephen has also acquired extensive knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and is Ascent’s lead consultant in CRM. His expertise extends from the planning and installation stages of a Dynamics CRM system to the actual customisations, configuration and deployment of CRM.
